Install
Our trustworthy and knowledgeable techs will assess the property to identify which smoke/carbon/heat detectors need to be installed to pass the fire department’s certification. If the assessment reveals any valid detectors in use at the property those detectors will remain. Should any valid detectors in use just need batteries, we have that covered too. There’s no up charge for the detectors and you can expect to pay that of retail prices at your local building supply store.
Inspection with the Fire Department
Once the installation is complete we will provide you with a certification date. On the day of the local fire department’s inspection our tech will again meet you at your home or listing to ensure the property passes.
Ready for Closing!
There are three options for payments: check, credit card or at closing. If you decide to pay for our services at closing, the closing attorney will need a copy of the invoice prior to closing so a check will be cut and mailed to Coastline.
